A consultation with GFA LAW is a flat $365. You pay the fee after we confirm your consultation is scheduled. Paying the consultation fee does not mean GFA LAW has agreed to represent you.
Use the civil or criminal case review form on our Contact page, or call the office. Give us a short summary of what happened, the dates involved, and any upcoming court settings.
Our team reviews each request and contacts you if we need more information or can schedule a consultation. If you have a court date or deadline approaching, tell us in your request so we can see it right away.
Yes. Our office is in Temple, and we represent clients in Bell County and across Texas.
We are trial attorneys. Innocent Defense means we prepare every case for trial from the start. Any decision about how your case resolves belongs to you, and we will explain your options so you can make it with full information.
Fees depend on the type of case and the work involved. If we take your case, your fee arrangement is explained in a written engagement agreement before work begins.
Citations, arrest paperwork, bond papers and court notices
Any letters or documents from the government or the other side
Photos, videos and the names of witnesses
A short timeline of what happened
We treat what you share with us with care. An attorney-client relationship with GFA LAW begins only after you sign an engagement agreement and the fee is received. Please do not send sensitive documents until we ask for them.
