Structured as a 50/50 partnership between CJ Grisham and Ryan Franceschina, the firm was built from the ground up to challenge government overreach and provide zealous representation in complex, high-stakes legal battles.

CJ Grisham, Esq. 

CJ brings a lifetime of frontline leadership and constitutional advocacy to the courtroom. A retired U.S. Army First Sergeant and decorated combat veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan, he is a Bronze Star recipient whose service as a Counterintelligence Agent instilled a deep, tactical discipline. Long before earning his Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law, he established a national footprint as a fierce constitutional advocate by founding Open Carry Texas. His legal practice is sharply focused on the aggressive defense of First and Second Amendment rights, alongside comprehensive civil rights litigation. CJ has one of the best track records of any 2A attorney in the United States. 

Ryan James Franceschina, Esq. 

Licensed to practice law in both Texas and Maryland, he brings a vital multi-jurisdictional perspective to high-stakes criminal defense, including specialized representation in Texas Hemp & Cannabis law.
